Being (critical) chefs and lovers of amazing vegetarian food we really enjoy eating out. It can be a disappointing experience or an outstanding one. Here we choose to focus on those select few outstanding restaurants; the ones we keep going back to again and again. It takes a lot for us to be really impressed and these places deserve it!
